Regarding the gift package, we would suggest you to not choose the free 2 of the 10 package option (also the free options of the related height doll) you wanted through the website. And after placing the order, you may please contact our customer service to choose the free package, and they will assist you. :)

Yes, we do offer free shipping for all orders.

Yes, we do ship to most countries worldwide. However, if you could not place the order by entering your shipping country or address, please contact our customer service for help.

Our sex dolls come with FedEx, UPS or Other shipping service, depending on your destination country. Normal delivery time for the finished dolls is 7-15 days to most country. Most of our shipping service would be Double Clearance Tax included. Some country could not be shipped by air, and we will ship via train or boat, then the delivery time may take longer. You can contact customer service for the specific information.

Normal time for production of the doll is around 15 working days. However, if you choose body painting, hair planting or customized makeup, then it will take few more days to finish the production, and delays may occur. Therefore, the exact production time may depends on the customized option you choose. Thanks for your understanding.
